My name is Lamia, I am 31 years old, the only girl in a three brothers family. My parents were high government officials which luckily allowed me to have a comfortable and easy life. I’m passionate about reading and world cuisine.

I studied foreign languages in high school and after that I decided to study literature at university (with a teaching specialty), where I met my husband and decided to move to China for a completely different experience. I have always dreamed of having a job in the education field. I started teaching online which helped for a smooth integration with Chinese people. After three years of teaching online, I felt the need to have real contact with my students and I enjoyed it.

China now has become my second home for almost six years, it’s the country where my son was born and where I realized one of my dreams.

高中時期我學習了幾門外語，后選擇在大學攻讀文學（主修教學）。大學時期，我遇到了我的丈夫，決定一同前往中國體驗不一樣的人生經歷。我一直希望自己能從事教育行業(yè)。起初我主要負責線上教學課程，這份工作讓我學會了如何與中國人共事合作。堅持了三年后，我覺得有必要和學生進行面對面真正的接觸了。事實證明，我非常享受師生面對面交流的教學過程。

目前，我來中國已經六年多了，中國已然成為了我的第二故鄉(xiāng)，這是我兒子出生的地方，也是我夢想成真的地方。
