讓教育寫作像自己、對上號、能識別 ——南京外國語學校方山分校開展校本研修培訓

3月24日下午,南京外國語學校方山分校開展校本研修培訓。江寧區(qū)教育科學研究室薛惠主任蒞臨我校做精彩講座,全體教職員工參加培訓。此次培訓由教研管理中心李明杰副主任主持。

On the afternoon of March 24th, NFLSFC held a school-based training. Xue Hui, deputy director of Jiangning Education Research Bureau, visited our school to give a wonderful lecture to all NFLSFC staff. The event was presided over by Li Mingjie, deputy director of the Teaching and Research Management Center.

薛惠主任首先強調(diào),我們需要找到反思型教師的行走路徑,而其中,教育寫作應(yīng)該是一條“金光大道”。薛主任的講座分為四個板塊,分別是:教育寫作的本質(zhì)教育寫作各種文體的比較,教育案例與教育論文寫作的基本路徑,個人課題研究設(shè)計的常見問題。講座中,薛主任細致地闡釋了教育案例、教育敘事、教育論文等不同文體的區(qū)別和相應(yīng)的寫作方法,以幾篇獲獎文章和課題為例,詳細解說了優(yōu)秀教育寫作作品背后的構(gòu)思,扎實的研究實踐,嚴謹規(guī)范的表達,給在座教師許多啟發(fā)好的教育寫作作品的共性是它們都有個性,用自己的話說自己的事,表達自己的思想,寫出屬于自己的東西,讓教育寫作像自己、對上號、能識別。

Director Xue Hui emphasized that we need to figure out how to become reflective teachers, and educational writing should be a golden road. Her speech included four aspects: the nature of educational writing, various styles of educational writing, the way of getting educational cases and educational essay writing, and the common problems of personal project research and design. Director Xue explained the differences between different styles such as educational cases, educational narratives, educational essays, and the writing methods. She also used several award-winning articles and projects to explain the ideas behind excellent educational writings, the research and practice, the rigorous and standardized expressions. Her speech was inspiring. The commonality of good educational writings is that they are distinctive. The authors use their own words to express themselves, and write their own things so that their educational writings can be identified. 

薛惠主任的講座貼合實際、深入淺出,極富實用意義。希望南外方山的老師們能夠汲取講座營養(yǎng),化為自身儲備,在自身的教育寫作之路上繼續(xù)邁進!
