教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量是學(xué)校發(fā)展的生命線。南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校初中部全體教師始終以“立德樹(shù)人”為根本任務(wù),堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為中心,以教學(xué)質(zhì)量為核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)全過(guò)程、全學(xué)科、全方面攻堅(jiān)。
Educational and teaching quality are the foundations of school development. NFLSFC’s junior high teachers place great importance on providing moral guidance and being role models for their students. Our teachers place students’ needs and educational quality at the heart of of their teaching to help students not only to succeed in all academic fields, but also to grow as individuals.
課堂教學(xué)是學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的靈魂所在,也是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的主要途徑。學(xué)科教研是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要保證,也是教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的重要途徑。學(xué)期過(guò)半,初中部各學(xué)科扎實(shí)推進(jìn)教育教學(xué)工作。學(xué)科組教師精心備課、精細(xì)磨課,認(rèn)真授課,課后誠(chéng)懇反思、耐心輔導(dǎo)。各學(xué)科組積極參與各級(jí)教研活動(dòng),校內(nèi)以“老”帶“新”,重視教研成果,提升教學(xué)水平,積極開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取,兢兢業(yè)業(yè),碩果累累。
Classroom teaching serves as the foundations on which a school’s educational goal is built and carried forward, and as a method for delivering quality education. Subject-led teacher-training is not only essential to improve teaching quality, but also an important way to help teachers to grow professionally. We are now in the middle of the semester, NFLSFC’s junior high has already made leaps and bounds in terms of its professional development and teacher training. Subject leaders carefully prepare lessons, work to improve their classes, give informative talks to other teachers and reflect on their teaching practice. All subject teams participate in all levels of professional development activities. The school allows experienced teachers to mentor newly qualified teachers, attaches importance to professional development outcomes, strives to improve the quality of teaching, and actively aims to put forth ideas that are enterprising, well thought through and effective.
將質(zhì)量要求內(nèi)化為每一位師生的共同價(jià)值追求和自覺(jué)行為,南外方山分校初中部的每一天都是嶄新的、精彩而有意義的。半個(gè)學(xué)期已過(guò),初中部全體教師將繼續(xù)打好教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn),推進(jìn)教學(xué)水平再上新臺(tái)階。
The NFLSFC junior high teachers have put every effort into improving teaching quality and being more conscientious in order to make every day at our school different, wonderful and meaningful. Half a semester has passed, and all the teachers in junior high will continue to work hard to pursue high quality educational outcomes and teaching practices, and to further imprvove teaching.
