展課評(píng)課 百花齊放 ——江寧區(qū)“三新”語文教研活動(dòng)在我校成功舉辦

近日,江寧區(qū)初中語文“新教材、新教師、新教研”之“三新”教研活動(dòng)的第二階段活動(dòng)在南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校成功舉辦。本次活動(dòng)由江寧區(qū)教研室主辦、江寧區(qū)潘森云名師工作室和南外方山分校柳詠梅名師工作室協(xié)辦,主要分為展課、觀課、評(píng)課三個(gè)部分。七年級(jí)與八年級(jí)的展課活動(dòng)分別在科高報(bào)告廳和千人劇場(chǎng)舉行。

Recently, the “Three New” teaching and research activities about the “New Textbooks, New Teachers, and New Teaching and Research” in the junior middle school of Jiangning was successfully held at NFLSFC. The activity was hosted by Teaching and Research Office, Pan Senyun Master Studio of Jiangning and Liu Yongmei Master Studio of NFLSFC. There were three parts: demonstration, observation and evaluation. The demonstration activities of Grade7 and Grade 8  were held in the senior high school hall and the grand venue.

科高報(bào)告廳展示的是七年級(jí)《陳太丘與友期行》的兩節(jié)同課異構(gòu)課。

The two lessons, Chen Taiqiu and His Friend, with heterogeneous were presented at the senior high school hall.

講授第一節(jié)課的是來自高新區(qū)中學(xué)的陳榮萍老師。陳老師的課圍繞“讀懂一個(gè)故事”“認(rèn)識(shí)三個(gè)人物”“了解一種文化”“走向一本書”展開,思路清晰、層層遞進(jìn),讓學(xué)生一步步達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。作為初中階段的文言起始課,陳老師成功地激發(fā)了學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)文言文的興趣!

The first lesson was taught by Ms. Chen from the middle school of Gaoxin District. Ms. Chen’s class revolved around “reading a story”, “knowing three characters”, “knowing a culture” and “going to a book”. The ideas were clear and progressive, allowing students to reach the preset learning goals step by step. Ms. Chen successfully stimulated the students’ interest in learning classical Chinese by teaching this text.

覓秀街中學(xué)的陳曉彤老師則是從不同的角度講授《陳太丘與友期行》,為學(xué)生們帶來了一節(jié)扎實(shí)的文言起始課。陳老師以“信”為媒,直入情境,然后圍繞線索,牽動(dòng)品讀。通過捕捉細(xì)節(jié)、以讀帶析的方法,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生體會(huì)人物形象。立足文本,讓學(xué)生扎扎實(shí)實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)文言文基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。

Chen Xiaotong, a teacher from middle school of Mixiu Street, taught Chen Taiqiu and His Friend from different perspectives, giving a solid starting demonstration class. She used the “punctuality” as the medium, went straight into the situation, and then touched the clues to influence the reading. She guided students to experience characters by capturing details, reading and analyzing. Based on the text, she let students learn the basic knowledge of classical Chinese in a down-to-earth manner.

  

八年級(jí)的同課異構(gòu)在千人劇場(chǎng)同步展示。兩位老師為全區(qū)的語文老師呈現(xiàn)了《美麗的顏色》自讀課教學(xué)。第一位授課的是來自竹山中學(xué)的于婷婷老師。于老師通過諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)?wù)掌?、居里夫人家族的巨大成就和愛因斯坦?duì)居里夫人的高度贊譽(yù),激發(fā)學(xué)生了解居里夫人的興趣。于老師從賞“鐳”之美進(jìn)入課文學(xué)習(xí),以鏡頭小劇場(chǎng)的寫作來品“人”之美,最后引導(dǎo)學(xué)生們體悟情味,讀“傳”之美,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生課后多閱讀,更加充分地了解居里夫人的精神品質(zhì)。

The lessons with heterogeneous of Grade 8 were presented simultaneously at the grand venue. The two teachers presented the Beautiful Colors self-reading class for the Chinese teachers of the district.The first class was taught by Yu Tingting from Zhushan Middle School. Ms. Yu stimulated the students’ interest in learning more about Madame Curie by showing the pictures of the Nobel Prize, the great achievements of the Curie family and Einstein’s high praise for Curie. Ms. Yu guided the students to learn the text by enjoying the beauty of “Radium” and the writing of the scene to taste the beauty of “people”. Finally, she guided the students to understand the feelings, read the beauty of “passing”, encourage students to read more after class, and fully understand The spiritual qualities of Madame Curie.

  

第二節(jié)課是我校的胡悅老師執(zhí)教。胡老師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生概括文章內(nèi)容后,以一個(gè)巧妙的提問“這是怎樣的過程”帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生迅速聚焦“艱苦而微妙的快樂”,直接切入文本。學(xué)生們踴躍參與,積極表達(dá)分析課文中引述的作用,體會(huì)此篇傳記的獨(dú)特手法。最后讓學(xué)生為課文重新擬定標(biāo)題,做比較分析,體會(huì)標(biāo)題一語雙關(guān)的藝術(shù)效果。

The second class was taught by Ms. Hu from our school. After instructing the students to summarize the content of the article, Ms. Hu led the students quickly focus on “hard and subtle happiness” with a clever question “What is this process?”. The students actively participated, expressed, analyzed the role quoted in the text, and experienced the unique approach to this biography. Finally, she let the students rewrite the title for the text, and do a comparative analysis to experience the artistic effect of the pun.

兩位教師的教態(tài)從容大方,教學(xué)過程清晰,教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特,給其他教師的專業(yè)成長帶來許多啟發(fā)。

The teaching style of the two teachers were calm and beautiful, the teaching process was clear, and the teaching design was unique, which inspired other teachers a lot about professional growth .

 

 

點(diǎn)評(píng)互動(dòng)  精彩紛呈

四節(jié)課結(jié)束后,所有參加活動(dòng)的教師齊聚千人劇場(chǎng),進(jìn)行評(píng)課和互動(dòng)交流。麒麟初級(jí)中學(xué)校務(wù)辦主任周金霞老師主持這一環(huán)節(jié)的活動(dòng)。

After the four classes, all the teachers participating in the activity gathered in the grand venue to conduct class evaluations and communicate with each other. Ms. Zhou, the director of Qilin Junior Middle School Affairs Office, presided over this activity.

周老師首先向老師們介紹了江寧區(qū)初中語文“新教材、新教師、新教研”之“三新”教研活動(dòng)的目的和參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)活動(dòng)的導(dǎo)師團(tuán)成員們。

The four young teachers who gave the classes first shared their experience of  preparing the lessons so that other teachers could better understand the intention of the teaching plan. Then there was the asking and answering process. Everyone spoke freely, and there were praises and encouragement,discussion and suggestions.

導(dǎo)師團(tuán)的老師們對(duì)四節(jié)課做了細(xì)致深入全面的點(diǎn)評(píng)和指導(dǎo)。王斌老師重點(diǎn)評(píng)點(diǎn)了陳曉彤老師的課。他充分肯定了陳老師踏實(shí)端正的態(tài)度,刪繁就簡(jiǎn),合理整合,幾易其稿。他認(rèn)為陳老師執(zhí)教的《陳太丘與友期行》的三個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)都突出了文言文教學(xué)的特點(diǎn):一、重視文言知識(shí)的積累;二、課堂教學(xué)脈絡(luò)非常清晰——以“信”貫穿教學(xué),尤其是對(duì)三個(gè)人物的理解;三、朗讀多層次,目的清晰,通過朗讀理解敬詞和謙詞的使用。

The teachers of the mentor group made detailed and in-depth comments and guidance on the four classes.Mr. Wang made a comment on Ms. Chen’s class. He fully affirmed Ms. Chen’s pragmatic attitude because she could logically simplify and integrate the teaching contents and also made several drafts before teaching. He thought the three teaching steps of Chen Taiqiu and His friend taught by Ms. Chen showed the characteristics of classical Chinese teaching: firstly, attach importance to the accumulation of classical Chinese knowledge; secondly, the teaching context is very clear--“punctuality” is the main idea, especially the understanding of the three characters; thirdly, reading is  multi-level and the objectives are clear--understand the use of honorific words and humble words when reading.

楊正奎老師結(jié)合兩節(jié)文言課提出幾點(diǎn)思考:同課異構(gòu),主要是教學(xué)目標(biāo)之異;課堂活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)的目的要很清楚;師生對(duì)話,要有真正的對(duì)話,教師要注重修煉教學(xué)點(diǎn)評(píng)語;如何教好單篇課文,整本書閱讀的熱潮中是否應(yīng)該有冷思考。楊老師與大家分享了余映潮老師《陳太丘與友期行》的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),剖析了余老師課堂教學(xué)理念的落實(shí):積累豐富,活動(dòng)充分,集體訓(xùn)練給在場(chǎng)的老師們很大的啟發(fā)。

Mr. Yang expressed some thoughts in combination with the two classical Chinese classes: the key of “l(fā)esson with heterogeneous” lies in different teaching objectives; the purpose of teaching activity should be clear; teachers and students should have effective dialogues, and the teachers should pay attention to improve comments on students; how to teach a single text and whether there should be cold thinking on reading craze of a book. Mr. Yang shared the teaching design of Mr. Yu’s Chen Taiqiu and His friend and analyzed the implementation of Mr. Yu’s teaching philosophy: rich accumulation, enough activities and collective training, which greatly inspired the teachers present.

周華東主任從研究的角度和高度談了他聽課的感受。他認(rèn)為,本次教研是一次融合與碰撞,體現(xiàn)了新教研的價(jià)值。他首先強(qiáng)調(diào)備課要注重定位,要有課程意識(shí)、教材意識(shí),文言文就要“規(guī)規(guī)矩矩教學(xué)生讀好、學(xué)好文言文”,要學(xué)得有趣、有法、有得;自讀課要突出學(xué)生自讀的特點(diǎn),教師的點(diǎn)撥很重要。他主張上課需要建立在學(xué)生學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上做教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),要讓所有的學(xué)生在活動(dòng)中學(xué)習(xí)并有收獲。周主任希望老師們能加強(qiáng)科研意識(shí),結(jié)合平時(shí)的教學(xué)做些實(shí)實(shí)在在的研究。

Director Zhou Huadong shared his opinion from the perspective of research. He believed that this activity was a fusion and exchange of ideas, which reflected the value of the new teaching and research. First, he emphasized that it’s necessary to pay attention to positioning when preparing lessons and the teachers should have awareness of curriculum and teaching materials and guide the students to read well and learn classical Chinese well so as to make them find the joy, the method and learn something. Also students’ self-reading and the characteristics of reading should be emphasized in the class, and the teacher’s guidance is very important. He advocates that the teaching design should be based on what students will learn, so that all students can learn and gain from the activities. Director Zhou hopes that the teachers can strengthen the awareness of scientific research and do some real research in combination with teaching.

經(jīng)瑞華老師認(rèn)為,不管是從人文性還是從工具性來講,語文課都要教會(huì)學(xué)生“咬文嚼字”,在語言品味中,感受語言之美。他以《美麗的顏色》課文中的語句為例,讓大家體會(huì)文章是怎樣運(yùn)用語言文字來描寫和展示人物精神品質(zhì)的。經(jīng)老師對(duì)文本的精深解讀和生動(dòng)講解給與會(huì)老師們留下了深刻印象,博得大家一片掌聲。

Mr. Jing believed that whether in terms of humanity or instrumentality, the Chinese class should teach students to “pay excessive attention to wording” and to feel the beauty of language. He took the sentence in the Beautiful Colors as an example to let everyone understand how the language is used to describe and display the spiritual qualities of the characters. His in-depth interpretation and vivid explanation of the text greatly impressed the teachers and won applause.

潘森云老師以“美在教學(xué)旅程的磨練”為題對(duì)于婷婷老師的課做點(diǎn)評(píng)。她認(rèn)為于老師的課有三個(gè)突出特點(diǎn):站得高,通過一篇文章來理解居里夫人這一位偉大的科學(xué)家,再由閱讀一本書來了解居里夫人的一生。這種從課內(nèi)的自讀課文課堂教學(xué)延伸到課外的整本書自主閱讀,值得大家學(xué)習(xí)。練得準(zhǔn),巧妙運(yùn)用書后的閱讀提示進(jìn)行教學(xué)主體設(shè)計(jì),著力于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自讀能力和語文素養(yǎng),抓得非常準(zhǔn)。挖得深。由課文標(biāo)題“美麗的顏色”展開,由美到美、美文美質(zhì)、美美與共,整個(gè)課堂充滿了美感。

Ms. Pan commented on Ms. Yu’s class with the theme of “the training of beauty during the teaching journey”. She believed that there were three salient features in Ms. Yu’s class: firstly, the content is profound, let the students understand the great scientist Madame Curie by reading an article and then reading a book to understand Madame Curie’s life. This kind of teaching -- from self-reading teaching to the independent reading of the whole book, is worth learning. Secondly, the exercise is accurate. The teaching design is based on the reading tips, focusing on cultivating students’ self-reading ability and language literacy. Thirdly, the interpretation is profound. The teacher guided the students to analyse the text by the title of “Beautiful Colors, from the beauty to the beauty, beautiful text and beautiful quality, beauty and beauty together, so that the whole class was full of beauty.

柳詠梅老師從《美麗的顏色》一文“美麗的存在”入手,分享了她對(duì)文本解讀、課堂教學(xué)和教師專業(yè)成長的思考。她認(rèn)為《美麗的顏色》具有文本、人物、寫法、影響等方面的美并逐一做了解說。兩位老師的課堂教學(xué)也有多處美麗可圈可點(diǎn),如創(chuàng)意、呈現(xiàn)、教法、教態(tài)等,都各有特點(diǎn)又同具美感。柳老師結(jié)合自己參與此次活動(dòng)的前前后后,尤其是參加第一階段的磨課活動(dòng)和整理問卷調(diào)查的情況,談了她的感受,齊心合力、坦誠交流,在備課研課中互助互相共同成長,這些都是美好的經(jīng)歷。她還建議老師們要在遵循依體而教、練好解讀內(nèi)功、用巧助學(xué)資料等方面多下功夫。

Ms. Liu shared her thoughts on text interpretation, teaching and teachers’ professional growth beginning with “the existence of beauty” in the text Beautiful  Colors. She believed that Beautiful Colors has the beauty of text, characters, writing, influence and so on and she explained them one by one. The teaching of the two teachers also had many beautiful aspects, such as creativity, presentation, teaching methods, and teaching stance, all of which have their own characteristics and aesthetics. Ms. Liu shared her thoughts combined her own participation in the event, especially in the first stage of the grinding activities and the questionnaire survey. Working together, frank communication, mutual help and growing up together are wonderful experiences. She also suggested that teachers should work harder to teach students according to their characteristics, improve the ability to interpret texts, and smartly use the materials to help students learn.
