9月26日,南京外國語學(xué)校校長鄒正走進(jìn)我校高中教學(xué)一線,開展聽課活動,為我校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升指明了方向。朱善萍校長、周世東書記、宋長杰副校長也一起聽課,深入課堂一線,指導(dǎo)課堂教育教學(xué),促進(jìn)年青教師加快專業(yè)成長,造福于方山兒童。
On September 26th, Zou Zheng, the principal of NFLS, came to senior high to attend lectures. He pointed out the direction for the improvement of education and teaching in our school. 鄒正校長走進(jìn)我校高中部,聽取了高一語文和數(shù)學(xué)的課堂一線教學(xué)。高中部熊納老師講授的是蘇教版高中語文必修一“鄉(xiāng)關(guān)何處”單元的第一篇課文《前方》,熊老師根據(jù)攝影散文的特點(diǎn),創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)了一節(jié)“圖文并茂”的課程。通過任務(wù)型教學(xué),把“獨(dú)學(xué)”和“群學(xué)”相結(jié)合,讓小組代表“直覺”畫,小組合作“修改”畫,把抽象哲理通過“家、路、前方”三個(gè)名詞具像化,讓孩子們發(fā)現(xiàn)讀前和讀后的變化。最后,引導(dǎo)孩子們進(jìn)行知識遷移和經(jīng)驗(yàn)介入,幫助孩子們更好地理解文章,整個(gè)課堂氣氛活躍。高中部李耀亮老師講授了函數(shù)單調(diào)性第二課時(shí)——函數(shù)最值,李老師以一天的溫度變化圖為模型,讓學(xué)生從形和數(shù)兩方面描述函數(shù)最值定義,通過二次函數(shù)給定區(qū)間求最值的例題,幫助學(xué)生加深對最值的理解,并掌握單調(diào)性的應(yīng)用。同時(shí),李老師根據(jù)高一學(xué)生的接受能力,課堂上注重學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識的學(xué)習(xí)和解題規(guī)范的訓(xùn)練,讓人印象深刻。
Principal Zou Zheng came to senior high and attended lectures about Chinese and mathematics. Ms. Xiong of senior high taught the first text Front -- the unit of Where Is the Village, which was a compulsory course of senior high Chinese teaching edition. Ms. Xiong innovatively designed a course with pictures and texts according to the characteristics of photographic prose. She combined “individual learning” and “group learning” through task-based activities and she let the group representatives “feel” the paintings and group members “modify” the paintings, so that she could make the abstract philosophy specific with the three nouns--“home, road, front” and let the children find the change before reading and after reading. Finally, Ms. Xiong guided the children to transfer learning and experience intervention so as to help the children understand the text better and during the whole teaching procedures, the atmosphere is pleasant. Mr. Li of senior high taught the function monotonicity--the maximum of function. He took the temperature change diagram of one day as the model to let the student describe the definition of the maximum value of the function from the two aspects of shape and number. Through the example of finding the maximum value in the given interval of the quadratic function, the students can deepen their understanding of the maximum value and master the application of monotonicity. At the same time, considering the acceptance ability of high school students, Mr. Li paid attention to the training of students’ basic knowledge and problem-solving norms when teaching, which was very impressive.
在聽課過程中,鄒正校長認(rèn)真記錄,仔細(xì)觀察教師教學(xué)的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)、學(xué)生聽課的每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)。聽課結(jié)束后,鄒正校長還與授課教師進(jìn)行了深入的交流,詢問課程教學(xué)、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)等教學(xué)相關(guān)情況,為教師課堂改革及專業(yè)水平發(fā)展提出了寶貴的建議。
During the lecture, principal Zou Zheng carefully took notes and carefully observed every aspect of the teachers’ teaching procedures. 當(dāng)天下午,南外方山分校初中部舉辦了以“課堂巡批,關(guān)注每一個(gè)”為主題的教研活動,本次活動邀請了南京市玄武區(qū)課題中心組的老師和南京市黃秀旺名師工作室的老師們。
Onthe afternoon of September 26, a teaching and research activity with the themeof “classroom tour, pay attention to each” was held in the junior high of NFLSFC.Teachers from the Project Center Group of Xuanwu, Nanjing, and teachers from HuangXiuwang famous teachers studio were invited to attend the event.
活動開始,由南京市玄武區(qū)課題中心組的吳濤老師帶來示范課“有理數(shù)的乘方(1)”。吳老師由四個(gè)層層遞進(jìn)的問題切入,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考“乘方”概念,并在教學(xué)中不斷引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過自己的語言總結(jié)出數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)律。值得一提的是,吳老師在課堂教學(xué)中高度關(guān)注每一個(gè)孩子,及時(shí)的進(jìn)行課堂巡批,并立刻通過大屏幕呈現(xiàn)出來,有效的反饋了學(xué)生課堂練習(xí)中的問題。通過師生共同探討,學(xué)生對知識掌握得更扎實(shí)了,課堂教學(xué)收到了優(yōu)良的效果。
Firstly,Wu Tao from the Project Center Group of Xuanwu, Nanjing, gave the demonstrationclass “the multiplication of rational numbers (1)". Mr. Wu started withfour progressive questions to guide students to think about the concept of “multiplicationr”,and continuously guided students to summarize mathematical rules through theirown language during teaching. What is worth mentioning was that Mr. Wu paid greatattention to every child during teaching, carried on the class inspection intime, and immediately presented it through the screen, which was helpful to givean effective feedback on the problems in students’ exercises. At the same time,students had mastered knowledge more firmly and the teaching was excellent.
玄武區(qū)學(xué)科帶頭人李琛老師評價(jià)吳濤老師的課“干凈”、“有想法”。李老師指出,“課堂巡批”基于學(xué)生的獨(dú)立思考,尤其適合個(gè)性化、差異化教學(xué),教師不是始終站在講臺上,而是走到學(xué)生中間,關(guān)注到每一個(gè)孩子,最大化實(shí)現(xiàn)師生交流,提升課堂質(zhì)量。李老師強(qiáng)調(diào),課堂巡批模式需要重點(diǎn)考慮兩個(gè)問題:一是選取什么問題當(dāng)堂合作交流,二是巡批背后的精神如何延伸到其他教學(xué)行為當(dāng)中。李老師贊嘆,南外方山分校的硬件條件真好,學(xué)校又實(shí)行小班化教學(xué),具有“天時(shí)地利”。而我們南外方山分校的老師們,充分利用這份優(yōu)勢,在教學(xué)過程中不斷探索,扎扎實(shí)實(shí)做教育,就是真真切切為了學(xué)生。
Mr.Li, the academic leader of Xuanwu District, commented that Mr. Wu’s class was “clean”and “thoughtful”. Mr. Li pointed out that “classroom inspection” was based on independentthinking of students, especially suitable for individualized and differentiatedteaching. Teachers do not always stand on the platform, but get close tostudents and pay attention to each child so as to maximize teacher-studentcommunication and improve teaching quality. Mr. Li emphasized that the “classroominspection” needs to be focused on two issues: one is to select what tocooperate and communicate in class, and the other is how to extend the spiritbehind the “inspection” to other teaching behaviors. Mr. Li said that thehardware conditions of NFLSFC were really good, and the school had implementedsmall class teaching, which was “right place and the right time”. The teachersof our school make full use of this advantage, constantly explore and improveourselves in the course of teaching is to make the students get bettereducation.
李小福副校長在總結(jié)本次教研活動時(shí)說到,面詢面批是能夠切實(shí)提高師生之間相互參與程度的一種方式,究其本質(zhì),是鼓勵學(xué)生思維,關(guān)注學(xué)生的進(jìn)步與成長。真正的課堂研究,過程和答案就在課堂本身。課堂巡批,就是要關(guān)注每一個(gè)學(xué)生。
Vice principal Li Xiaofu said that“face-to-face consultation” was a way to effectively improve the level ofmutual participation between teachers and students, and that the essence was toencourage students to think and pay attention to students’ progress and growth.As for real class research, process and answers lie in the classroom itself. Theaim of classroom inspection is to pay attention to every student.
當(dāng)天下午,高中部韓鶴老師開設(shè)了drama課堂的公開課,吸引了全校各個(gè)學(xué)部的老師和外教老師前來觀摩。韓老師講授的這節(jié)課程主要讓同學(xué)們學(xué)會如何在英語交流中利用多種手段表達(dá)不同的情感,并學(xué)會如何達(dá)到共情。課堂中,韓老師以形式多樣的互動游戲?yàn)檩d體,讓每一個(gè)同學(xué)都有在舞臺上展示自己的機(jī)會。同時(shí),他還邀請外教老師共同參與到課堂中來,讓本來害羞的同學(xué)們慢慢變得躍躍欲試,并在輕松愉快的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)到知識。韓老師創(chuàng)新的授課方式,受到了老師們的一致好評。
Onthe afternoon, Mr. Han of senior high gave drama demonstration class, whichattracted teachers and foreign teachers from different departments. This coursetaught by Mr. Han mainly aimed to enable students to learn how to expressdifferent feelings in English communication and learn how to achieve empathy. Duringteaching procedures, Mr. Han took various forms of interactive games as thecarrier, so that every student had the opportunity to show himself on thestage. At the same time, he also invited foreign teachers to participate in theactivity and made the shy students slowly become eager to try and learn in therelaxing and happy atmosphere. Mr. Han’s innovative teaching methods was praisedby the teachers.
這一系列教研活動的開展,不僅讓授課教師得到了鍛煉,更搭建起了一個(gè)教師互動交流的平臺。下一步,南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校將繼續(xù)立足課堂,促進(jìn)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量不斷提升。
