培育新興力量 推動(dòng)教師成長(zhǎng) ——南京外國(guó)語學(xué)校方山分校舉行師徒結(jié)對(duì)儀式

新的學(xué)年,新的起點(diǎn)。918日,南京外國(guó)語學(xué)校方山分校2019-2020學(xué)年師徒結(jié)對(duì)儀式在千人劇場(chǎng)隆重舉行。教師的素質(zhì)影響和決定著學(xué)校發(fā)展與學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)。為了縮短青年教師的成長(zhǎng)周期,幫助青年教師更快更好地成長(zhǎng),學(xué)校開展師徒結(jié)對(duì)工作,給青年教師的發(fā)展提供平臺(tái),為青年教師的成長(zhǎng)搭設(shè)支架,幫助青年教師站穩(wěn)課堂、站好課堂。此次活動(dòng)由教研管理中心主任柳詠梅老師主持。

The new school year is a new starting point. On September 18,the mentoring ceremony of NFLSFC in the 2019-2020 school year was held at grand venue. The quality of the teachers influences and determines the development of our school and the growth of students. In order to shorten the growth span of young teachers and help young teachers to grow faster and better, the school will carry out the work of mentoring, provide a platform and support for the growth and  development of young teachers to help them give wonderful and excellent classes. The activity was presided over by Ms. Liu, director of the teaching and research management center.

 

李小福副校長(zhǎng)在講話中指出,今年的師徒結(jié)對(duì)工作充分考慮了南京外國(guó)語學(xué)校方山分校的具體實(shí)情,挑選出了有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)、工作熱情的老師們作指導(dǎo)教師。高中教學(xué)是南京外國(guó)語學(xué)校方山分校的嶄新任務(wù),也是新的挑戰(zhàn),為了提高高中教學(xué)質(zhì)量,秉承南外本部的優(yōu)良教學(xué)傳統(tǒng),特邀本部的16位成熟教師作為師父指導(dǎo)和幫助青年教師。李小福副校長(zhǎng)希望師父?jìng)兡軌驘崆橹笇?dǎo)徒弟們,為徒弟們的成長(zhǎng)指明方向提供資源;徒弟們要主動(dòng)請(qǐng)教,較快適應(yīng)新的工作,在職業(yè)的起步階段打好基礎(chǔ),走穩(wěn)走好。

Vice principal Li Xiaofu pointed out in his speech that the reality of NFLSFC was taken into consideration in the mentoring and the mentors selected are teachers who have rich experience and enthusiasm about teaching. The teaching in senior high is a new task and a new challenge of NFLSFC. In order to improve the quality of teaching in senior high and adhere to the teaching tradition of NFLS, 16 mature teachers of the NFLS were invited as the mentors to guide and help young teachers. Vice principal Li Xiaofu hoped that the mentors can enthusiastically guide the apprentices and provided resources for the development of the apprentices and the apprentices should take the initiative to consult, adapt to the work quickly, and lay a good foundation in the initial stage of their career to make it go smoothly.

師徒結(jié)對(duì)儀式分四組進(jìn)行。首先是小學(xué)部的教學(xué)師父?jìng)兩吓_(tái)。朱善萍校長(zhǎng)和Dan副校長(zhǎng)為師父?jìng)冾C發(fā)聘書。

The process of mentoring ceremony include 4 parts. First of all, the mentors and apprentices of the elementary school stood on the stage. Principal Zhu Shanping and vice principal Dan presented letters of appointment to the mentors.

 

第二組是初中部的教學(xué)師徒結(jié)對(duì)。宋長(zhǎng)杰副校長(zhǎng)和Martin副校長(zhǎng)為初中部的教學(xué)師父?jìng)冾C發(fā)聘書。

The second group of teachers are mentors and apprentices of the junior high. Vice principal Song Changjie and vice principal Martin presented the letters of appointment to the mentors.

 

 

教學(xué)師徒結(jié)對(duì)的第三組是高中部。李小福副校長(zhǎng)和陳禮斌副校長(zhǎng)為高中部的教學(xué)師父?jìng)冾C發(fā)聘書。

The third group of teachers are mentors and apprentices of the senior high. Vice principal Li Xiaofu and vice principal Chen Libin presented letters of appointment to the mentors.

 

最后一組是德育師徒結(jié)對(duì)。全校的新任班主任們拜師。周世東書記為德育師父?jìng)冾C發(fā)聘書。

The last group of teachers are mentors and apprentices of moral education. The new head teachers of our school paid homage to their mentors. Secretary Zhou Shidong presented letters of appointment to the mentors majored in moral education.

 

結(jié)對(duì)儀式后,擔(dān)任師父的教師代表李耀亮老師發(fā)言。李老師結(jié)合自己的成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷,談了對(duì)師徒結(jié)對(duì)的理解。他表示,結(jié)了對(duì)子后,依然會(huì)努力鞭策自己,不斷反思,在業(yè)務(wù)上進(jìn)一步提高自己,使自己無愧于“師父”的稱呼。在工作中,要積極與徒弟們交流自己的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和心得體會(huì),在徒弟們遇到困難時(shí),及時(shí)給予真誠(chéng)的關(guān)心和幫助。師徒在交流中互相促進(jìn),在合作中共同成長(zhǎng)。

After the mentoring ceremony, Mr. Li, the representative of mentors, gave a speech. He shared his opinions about mentoring for novice teachers in combination with his own growth experience. He said that after the mentoring, he will still spur himself, constantly reflect, and make further improvement on teaching so as to be worthy of the title--mentor. We should actively share experience and thought about teaching, and when the apprentices are in trouble, we are supposed to give them timely sincere care and help. Mentors and apprentices can promote each other through communication and grow together through cooperation.

  

代表徒弟發(fā)言的是小學(xué)部的孫建軍老師。孫老師首先回顧了上個(gè)學(xué)期在我校的工作感悟,表示能成為徒弟是一種榮幸,是感激,是幸福,更是一種挑戰(zhàn)。他認(rèn)為師徒結(jié)對(duì),拜師學(xué)藝,是兩代人之間教育理想的傳遞,寄托了希望,也承擔(dān)了責(zé)任。孫老師代表徒弟們表態(tài):一定嚴(yán)格要求自己,積極主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)。有問題及時(shí)請(qǐng)教,有困惑及時(shí)咨詢,認(rèn)真組織教育教學(xué),刻苦鉆研教材教法,多探索,多積累,爭(zhēng)取早日成為像師父一樣的優(yōu)秀教師。

Mr. Sun, a teacher from primary school department, gave a speech on behalf of the apprentices. Mr. Sun first reviewed his work experience in our school, saying that it was an honor, gratitude, happiness and even a challenge to be an apprentice. He believed that the mentoring and learning from teachers, was the transmission of educational ideals between two generations, which placed hopes and assumed responsibilities. Mr. Sun, on behalf of the apprentices, promised that we must be strict with ourselves and take the initiative to learn. If we have any problem and are confused about something, we need to ask and consult in time; we should also organize the activities of education and teaching seriously, study teaching materials and methods assiduously, explore more, accumulate more, and strive to become an excellent teacher like our mentor as soon as possible.

朱善萍校長(zhǎng)做最后講話。朱校長(zhǎng)首先表達(dá)了對(duì)來自南外本部師父?jìng)兊臒岢罋g迎,感恩他們不辭辛勞到南外方山分校傳經(jīng)送寶。朱校長(zhǎng)語重心長(zhǎng)地期望:全校的老師們要齊心協(xié)力,通過師徒結(jié)對(duì)努力提升教師們各方面的素質(zhì),因?yàn)橹挥薪處熕刭|(zhì)的提高,才能保證所有學(xué)生得到更優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育,詩(shī)意地生活在方山校園。學(xué)校會(huì)為教師的成長(zhǎng)創(chuàng)造有利條件和提供更多平臺(tái)。

Principal Zhu Shanping made the final speech. First of all, she expressed her warm welcome to the mastors from the NFLS, and thanked them for their painstaking efforts to share their valuable experience. And then she sincerely hoped that all teachers in our school must work together to improve the quality of teachers in all aspects after the mentoring ceremony; because only by improving the quality of teachers can all students be guaranteed better education and live poetically on Fangshan campus; the school will also create favorable conditions and provide more platforms for teachersgrowth.

 

新學(xué)年,新結(jié)緣。我們相信,師父?jìng)儠?huì)在師德上引領(lǐng),在業(yè)務(wù)上指導(dǎo),在生活上關(guān)心徒弟們,毫無保留地幫助和引領(lǐng)徒弟們。徒弟們也會(huì)勤奮努力,主動(dòng)積極,多向師父請(qǐng)教,在專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的道路上走穩(wěn),走好!師徒是一份緣,在教育這條路上,因?yàn)檫@份緣,我們會(huì)收獲美好,成就彼此。

New school year, new bond. We believe that the mentors will guide the apprentices in their ethics and profession, care about them in their daily life, and help them without reservation.
