8月27日-28日，南外方山分校召開了2019—2020學(xué)年第一學(xué)期首次全體教師培訓(xùn)大會，為新學(xué)期的教育教學(xué)工作奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。朱善萍校長、周世東書記、宋長杰副校長、李小福副校長、陳禮斌副校長、Martin副校長、Daniel副校長均出席了會議。會議由校務(wù)辦公室石城主任主持。

From August 27th to 28th, the first all-instructor training conference for the first semester of the 2019-2020 school year was held in Nanjing Foreign Language School Fangshan Campus, laying a solid foundation for the education and teaching of this new semester. 朱善萍校長首先作了題為《辦學(xué)有道 教育無界》的主題演講，她在演講中指出，“道”是一種方向和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。全校上下新學(xué)期要始終堅守黨和國家的教育方針，堅持社會主義辦學(xué)方向，培養(yǎng)社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人，培養(yǎng)合格的國家公民和世界公民，堅持國家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；要愛心育人，立德樹人，培育和弘揚社會主義核心價值觀，提升教師自身的修為與涵養(yǎng)，采用科學(xué)、合理、多元、組合、融合的教育途徑，勇于嘗試；創(chuàng)造性地學(xué)習(xí)和遵循世界上最先進的教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)及其他學(xué)科理論，建立、創(chuàng)新自己的教育教學(xué)思想體系與風(fēng)格特征。

Firstly, principal Zhu Shanping delivered a speech entitled “stick to 'Dao'，go beyond boundaries”. In her speech, she pointed out that “Dao” is a direction and standard. The whole school should follow the educational policies of CCP and the state, stick to socialist direction of managing schools to educate our children to be socialist constructors and successors, to be qualified state citizens and world citizens, and stick to the national curriculum. We must educate people with love, stick to moral education, socialist core values, enhance the cultivation and cultivation of teachers and take scientific, proper, multiple, combined and integrated educational paths to creatively learn and follow the world’s most advanced theories in the domains of pedagogy and psychology and construct and create their own educational and teaching ideology and style.

同時，朱善萍校長在講話中也強調(diào)了教師要跳出思維定勢和陳腐觀念的黑匣子，沖出思想、觀念、文化、行業(yè)、空間、時間界限，打破物資、信息、人力等資源界限，突破班級、年級、學(xué)部、課程、測試、學(xué)校、國度，甚至是星球等邊界，為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造更多學(xué)習(xí)共享交流的空間和平臺。

朱善萍校長在講話中還指出，全體教職員工要面向未來，與大數(shù)據(jù)時代共舞，與高科技時代和鳴。與此同時，也要注重過去，從優(yōu)秀的中國傳統(tǒng)文化中汲取力量，向世界優(yōu)秀文明學(xué)習(xí)，做到融貫中西、融匯古今、文理并蓄、超越創(chuàng)新。

In the speech, principal Zhu Shanping also pointed out that all the staff should look forward to the future, dancing with big-data time and singing with the high-tech era. At the same time, we must also travel through the past, extracting the Chinese essence, learning from the world essence, and integrating the eastern and the western, melting the traditional and the modern, combining arts and science, overtaking today and innovating.

最后，朱善萍校長寄語所有南外方山人：在未來，我們將恪守道而不拘泥于疆界，堅守道而知無常，和而不同，唯此才是教育正道；我們將開闊眼界，放眼世界，胸懷世界，突破疆界，唯此方能成就孩子們的精彩世界。

Finally, principal Zhu Shanping sent verbal messages to all the people in Nanjing Foreign Language School Fangshan Campus: in the future, we will abide by “Dao” and go beyond boundaries; we will broaden our horizons, look to the world, keep the world in mind, and break borders; only in this way can we help the children create a wonderful world.

接下來，周世東書記圍繞2019—2020學(xué)年第一學(xué)期的學(xué)校主要工作，作了題為《精心、精致、精彩》的演講。周世東書記在演講中從團隊建設(shè)的三個主要方面——文化認(rèn)同、組織認(rèn)同、專業(yè)認(rèn)同強調(diào)了新學(xué)期學(xué)校工作的重點內(nèi)容。首先，要加強依法治校工作，保障學(xué)校有序發(fā)展。構(gòu)建“依法辦事、自主管理、民主監(jiān)督、社會參與”的現(xiàn)代學(xué)校制度，堅持依法治校、規(guī)范辦學(xué)。第二，要結(jié)合南外方山分校今年的辦學(xué)重點，抓好“質(zhì)量攻堅年”工作，加快學(xué)校穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。關(guān)注課堂陣地，促進學(xué)生的全面有個性的發(fā)展。充分利用學(xué)校小班化教學(xué)優(yōu)勢，切實提升南外方山分校的辦學(xué)品質(zhì)。第三，要強化“兩支隊伍”建設(shè)，管理隊伍和教師隊伍協(xié)同合作，促進學(xué)校持續(xù)發(fā)展。最后，周世東書記展望新學(xué)期，向全體教職員工提出希望：“希望南外方山人團結(jié)一心，依靠集體的力量，通過每一個人的努力，創(chuàng)造出新的業(yè)績、新的精彩！”

Secondly, the school should focus on “quality year”, accelerate the steady development of the school, pay attention to the class, and promote the comprehensive and individual development of students. We will also make full use of the advantages of small-class teaching in schools, and effectively improve the quality of running schools. Thirdly, we must strengthen the construction of the “two teams”; and the management team and the teaching team should cooperate to promote the sustainable development of the school. Finally, secretary Zhou Shidong looked forward to the new semester and wished, “I hope that the people of Nanjing Foreign Language School Fangshan Campus will unite as one and rely on the collective strength to make wonderful achievements through the efforts of each one.”

集體培訓(xùn)活動的最后，李小福副校長以“質(zhì)量”一詞為主旨，簡要介紹了本學(xué)期學(xué)校教育教學(xué)工作的具體部署，為新學(xué)期全體教職員工努力工作起好步、開好頭指明了發(fā)力點。

At the end of the group training，vice principal Li Xiaofu taking the term “quality” as the theme, briefly introduced the specific deployment of the school education and teaching work in this semester, and pointed out the starting point for all the staff to work hard in the new semester.

下午及第二天，各學(xué)部學(xué)科組、備課組根據(jù)本學(xué)期教育工作內(nèi)容進行了分學(xué)部研討，具體討論了學(xué)期教學(xué)計劃、備課安排，新老教師進行了充分交流，為新學(xué)期工作開展做好準(zhǔn)備。

In the afternoon and the second day, the subject groups and lesson preparation groups of each department conducted a seminar according to the content of education work of this semester, and specifically discussed the teaching plan and lesson preparation schedule. Inexperienced and experienced teachers communicated fully to prepare for the work of the new semester.
